PANews 4月6日消息，据美国财政部官网，美国财政部已对俄罗斯暗网Hydra和加密货币交易所Garantex实施制裁，并禁止美国人向相关市场和交易所提供商品和服务。此外，美国财政部下属外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）已将117个与Hydra相关的比特币钱包添加到制裁名单中。
此前，德国联邦警察宣布关闭Hydra，且该国调查当局没收了543枚比特币，价值2500万美元。
