PANews 4月15日消息，Watcher.Guru发推称，世界上最大的资产管理公司之一Vanguard集团宣布他们已经购买了Twitter的10.3%的股份，成为最大的股东。
而在此之前，马斯克以9.1%的股份为推特单一最大股东，随后决定不加入推特董事会，并计划以54.20美元/每股的现金收购推特。
