PANews 4月16日消息，据俄罗斯《生意人报》报道报道，俄罗斯财政部即将敲定加密货币法规草案，加密货币将作为一种支付手段合法化。同时，加密货币也将被视为一项投资。但法案同时指出，加密货币不是俄罗斯联邦的货币单位。据此前报道，俄罗斯财政部修订了一项旨在规范该国加密行业的法律草案，引入了加密货币挖矿的规定。该法案已重新提交给政府，并可能在议会春季会议期间获得通过。
