PANews 4月19日消息，据FT报道，Robinhood 已同意收购英国加密友好银行 Ziglu，交易详情暂未披露。Robinhood 表示计划整合 Ziglu 并将其业务扩展至欧洲。
Ziglu 由企业家Mark Hipperson创立于2014年，帮助构建了英国数字贷款机构 Starling Bank，Ziglu 允许散户投资者购买加密货币，此前已获得英国金融监管局（FCA）的电子货币机构（EMI）许可。
