PANews 4月25日消息，据福布斯报道，中非共和国国民议会已一致通过法案，成为非洲第一个采用比特币作为支付货币的国家。据悉，该法案由数字经济、邮政服务和电信部长Gourna Zacko和财政预算部长Calixte Nganongo发起并提交，既建立了加密货币监管的法律框架，又将比特币定为了该国的一种官方货币。
