PANews 5月1日消息，据Bitcoin.com报道，新的《俄罗斯联邦矿业法》草案已于本周五提交给国家杜马。该法案旨在合法化加密货币行业，并设想为矿工建立登记册，由授权的联邦机构管理。参与比特币挖矿的个人如果用电量超过政府规定的某些限制，将可以注册为个体企业家或个体经营者。只有注册的实体和个人才被允许挖矿。
