PANews 5月2日消息，据Bitcoin.com报道，乌兹别克斯坦总统Shavkat Mirziyoyev已签署一项加密货币监管法令，该文件提供了加密资产、交易所和采矿等术语的定义，并确定了该行业的主要监管机构。加密货币监管机构的任务是在加密经济中实施国家政策，并保护投资者的权利。与此同时，它还负责将区块链技术引入公共部门，并通过加密货币打击洗钱、恐怖主义融资和武器扩散。从2023年1月1日起，乌兹别克斯坦的公民和公司将被允许通过加密服务提供商购买、出售和交换加密货币。乌兹别克斯坦于2018年将加密货币交易合法化，但在2019年底，政府禁止当地居民购买加密货币。去年底，乌兹别克斯坦放宽对国内加密货币交易的限制，该国居民将能够在该国获得许可的加密货币交易所进行交易数字货币。
