PANews 5月12日消息，Decentral Bank在推特上澄清了市场上的传言称，NEAR生态稳定币USN是一种超额抵押稳定币，通过链上套利和储备基金结合，储备金由NEAR与USDT进行双重抵押，即使最坏的情况下，Decentral Bank也将能够回购发行的所有USN。
