PANews reported on October 23rd that according to BitcoinTreasuries.NET, the Vanguard Group Information Technology Index Fund ETF has increased its holdings of Bitcoin Finance Company Strategy MSTR by $11.2 million, currently holding 1.7 million shares of MSTR, valued at over $489.2 million.
