PANews reported on January 10 that the seasonally adjusted non-farm payrolls in the United States in December were 256,000, significantly exceeding the market expectation of 160,000, and hitting a new high since March 2024. The U.S. unemployment rate in December was 4.1%, a slight decline from the previous month and lower than the market expectation of 4.2%.
