美国财政部金融犯罪执法网络（FinCEN）将为拟议的加密法规征集评论额外提供15天的时间。此前消息， FinCEN正就新的非托管加密钱包交易报告规则征集意见。如果被采纳，该规则将要求受监管公司对大于3000美元的交易的非托管钱包用户姓名和地址进行验证。此外，交易所还需要提交和存储涉及加密货币交易的记录。（Coindesk）
