1月17日消息，链上衍生品协议Opium Protocol治理团队宣布对协议进行安全升级至v1.1，称协议使用的ERC721o使其避免ERC-721x标准中的漏洞，从而避免Opium Insurance质押池资金损失。治理团队还表示OpiumV2即将推出，会更加灵活，由Mixbytes进行的代码审计将在本月发布，并计划公布Opium的第一个赏金计划，以实现多元化的安全检查，帮助协议在未来防止其他漏洞。
