1月23日消息，此前俄罗斯总统普京签署了一项命令，要求俄罗斯公职人员披露加密资产持有情况。而根据俄罗斯的反腐败措施，某些俄罗斯官员被禁止拥有任何加密货币。根据俄罗斯劳动和社会保护部发布的信函，该信函提醒一些官员称，无论发行国家或地区，他们都有义务在2020年4月1日之前清算其数字金融资产和任何数字货币。这一限制具体指的是2013年5月7日第79-FL号《俄罗斯联邦法》第2条第1部分所列的个人，该法律禁止某些类别的人将资金存放在国外以及使用外国金融工具。该名单包括许多重要的公共职位，包括俄罗斯中央银行的董事会、俄罗斯联邦拥有的公共公司、地区行政首长等。（Cointelegraph）
