由于拜登政府已冻结了现有所有机构的规则制定，Coinbase致函FinCEN要求正式关闭关于拟议加密钱包规则的意见征询，并根据新政府的指示撤回拟议规则制定的通知。此前消息，拜登政府已冻结了现有所有机构的规则制定，包括前财政部长史蒂文·姆努钦领导的FinCEN拟议加密钱包规则。该拟议的加密钱包规则将会经过进一步审查。(Coinbase官方)
