1月26日消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）委员、“加密妈妈”Hester Peirce在接受采访时表示，对2021年的加密法规持乐观态度。她称，2021年将是我们进行重新调整的时候。美国政府需要为加密法规提供更高的清晰度和相关指南，并且需要更好的跨机构协调。执法行动的确可以提供清晰的信息，但是这不是正确的方法。政府应该提前为人们提供明确的指导方针，然后他们可以弄清楚他们如何才能做到合法。与此同时，Hester Peirce还提醒称，不希望区块链和加密货币行业痴迷于法规，而是如何在开发项目中使用这些技术。（Forkast）
