以太坊隐私平台Tornadocash的1号治理提案的投票数已经达到通过的最低数量（2.5万），所以在投票结束后的2天，治理代币TORN将开启转账功能。2号提案的投票也还在进行中，提议将原本提案通过的票数从2.5万TORN降低至1.5万TORN。
