Tezos核心开发者DamodicLabs在Edo的新票证功能中发现了一个关键漏洞。Edo是Tezos协议的新版本，预计将于2021年2月13日发布。 该团队采取了几个步骤来缓解这个问题，最终选择在2月10日发布一个v8.2版本，其中包括Edo的补丁版本。运行v8.2的节点将自动采用补丁版本，而非原始版本的Edo。官方要求，任何节点需立即将其升级为v8.2，而不是当前大多数正在运行的v8.2，运行v8.2或更早版本的节点将无法与新链通信。
