2月23日消息，《人民日报》刊登欧盟加快推进数字欧元建设相关报道，报道指出，欧洲央行行长拉加德近日表示，欧洲央行将加快推动数字欧元建设，在未来5年内使数字欧元成为现实。欧洲央行与欧盟委员会发表联合声明称，数字欧元将作为实体货币的补充而非替代，有助于推动欧盟经济实现战略自主的目标，有效提升欧元的国际化程度。
