2月24日消息，加拿大银行VersaBank宣布推出稳定币VCAD。该稳定币是首个由北美银行存款发行和支持的数字货币。该稳定币与加元挂钩，将计划用于商业。为推出该该稳定币，VersaBank已与加密资产管理公司3iQ和区块链开发公司Mavennet的合资企业Stablecorp进行合作。预计VCAD将在未来几个月向公众开放。（CoinDesk）
