针对此问题，赵长鹏发推称，亚马逊服务器AWS遇到了一些问题，主要是在缓存服务方面，导致影响了全球的部分用户。币安正在与他们合作，密切监测这一情况。它在API上导致大约500条错误信息，并影响到了部分提款流程。
据亚马逊云服务提供商AWS公告显示，东京机房出现问题，导致币安的充提服务出现问题。
