PANews 3月24日消息，据路透社报道，德国当局已开发出技术，使投资者可以在区块链上买卖证券，以换取央行资金，弥合了一度看起来不可调和的两个世界之间的鸿沟。德国央行今日表示，这项技术可能很快就会扩展到整个欧元区，而且要比欧洲央行推出数字欧元更早。
