PANews 3月28日消息，据AMBcrypto报道，律师Jeremy Hogan表示，关于美国证交会（SEC）诉Ripple一案，最坏的结果也就是得到像Kik Interactive案件那样的判决，他认为即便如此也绝对不会对Ripple造成致命打击，XRP也肯定不会跌到“一无所有”。Hogan还表示，Gary Gensler担任SEC主席后，此案件更有可能达成和解。据悉，在Kik Interactive案件中，被告被处以其ICO所筹集资金的10%作为罚款，法院还裁定Kik Interactive必须同意遵守SEC证券法，并且只能向合格投资者出售Kin代币。
