英国FCA：加密货币公司从明年起需提交金融犯罪报告

PANews 4月1日消息，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）已将其年度金融犯罪报告框架（REP-CRIM）扩展至加密货币业务，这意味着，加密货币交易所和钱包运营商必须从 2022 年 3 月 30 日起需要履行年度金融犯罪报告义务。根据反洗钱条例，加密资产相关公司需要提交受反洗钱条例约束业务的相关数据。据此前报道，英国税务海关总署（HMRC）在3月底发布加密货币税收指南，涉及买卖交易型代币、兑换代币、挖矿、提供商品或服务以换取交易型代币的公司或企业都有纳税义务。
