PANews reported on April 3 that Paul Grewal, chief legal officer of Coinbase, posted on the X platform that the lawsuit filed by the cryptocurrency exchange against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has been resumed because the court lifted the suspension order. Coinbase accused the FDIC of deliberately withholding key documents and failing to cooperate with its request for information.
