Gate Wallet launches a gas station first-time top-up free gas promotion.

PANews reported on January 27th that, according to official news, Gate Wallet is launching a limited-time incentive program for Gas stations from 14:00 on January 27th to 14:00 on February 4th (UTC+8). During the event, users who make their first deposit of 5-100 USDT into the Gas station will not need to pay on-chain network fees, even if their wallet has no native Gas. The relevant Gas fees will be paid by the platform.

In addition, new users who create or import a Gate wallet for the first time during the event period can receive an extra 2 USDT exclusive Gas subsidy, in addition to the basic Gas-free benefit of successfully pre-depositing 5-100 USDT, for subsequent on-chain operations.

Gas Station is a recently launched multi-chain infrastructure feature in the Gate wallet. Through a dedicated Gas account linked 1:1 to the user's EVM wallet, when a user initiates an on-chain transaction and lacks sufficient native Gas, they can choose to use their Gas Station balance to pay network fees, ensuring smooth transaction completion. This feature supports 10 mainstream EVM networks, including Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, and Polygon, and supports deposits of over 100 mainstream crypto assets such as GT, USDT, USDC, ETH, and BNB.
