PANews reported on August 14th that The DeFi Education Fund (DEF), one of Washington's largest decentralized finance lobbying groups, is launching the DeFi Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization designed to educate lawmakers drafting cryptocurrency industry regulations and provide donors with a tax-deductible charitable donation channel. The new foundation will be led by DeFi Education Fund Executive Director Tuminelli, Multicoin Capital's Greg Xethalis, and Arktouros PLLC co-founder Michael Mosier.
