PANews reported on November 21 that the Nikkei 225 index closed down 1198.06 points, or 2.40%, at 48625.88 on Friday. The South Korean KOSPI index closed down 151.4 points, or 3.78%, at 3853.45.
Japanese and South Korean stocks closed lower, with the KOSPI index falling approximately 3.8%.
