PANews reported on February 16 that according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a LIBRA insider spent 2.8 million USDC to purchase 13.73 million LIBRA in two different wallets yesterday. Subsequently, the insider sent LIBRA to multiple wallets and sold all LIBRA for 12.79 million USDC, making a profit of 9.99 million US dollars.
