PANews reported on October 12th that according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, the "7 Siblings," a group of whales/institutions known for buying ETH after significant price drops, continued to purchase 8 million USDC worth of ETH. Since yesterday's drop, they have spent a total of 13 million USDC on 3,484.6 ETH at an average price of $3,731.
