PANews reported on September 30th that the revised guidelines for the "Regulations on Rewarding Whistleblowers of Securities and Futures Violations (Draft for Comment)" propose increasing the bonus ratio from 1% of the fines and confiscations in the case to 3%. The maximum reward for providing clues to major violations has also been raised from 100,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan. For clues to cases with significant national impact, involving particularly large amounts of money, or where the whistleblower is an insider, the maximum reward per case will be increased from 300,000 yuan or 600,000 yuan to a uniform 1 million yuan.
