PANews reported on June 3 that according to CoinDesk, Swedish digital asset brokerage research company K33 announced that its newly launched Bitcoin funding strategy has completed its first transaction, acquiring 10 Bitcoins for approximately 10 million Swedish kronor (1 million U.S. dollars). This is the first step of K33's previous commitment to invest 60 million Swedish kronor (6 million U.S. dollars) in Bitcoin investment.
Torbjørn Bull Jenssen, CEO of K33, said: "We expect Bitcoin to be the best performing asset in the next few years and will continue to increase our holdings. This will enable K33 to directly benefit from the rise in Bitcoin prices and create synergies with our brokerage business. Our goal is to hold at least 1,000 Bitcoins in the future and continue to expand on this basis."
