The address that called out to Balancer hackers and claimed to be "willing to pay white-hat rewards" is suspected to be a phishing address.

PANews reported on November 3rd that, according to the GoPlus Chinese community, the stolen funds from Balancer have begun to be transferred. $3,145,675 has been moved from addresses starting with 0xaa76 and 0x8727 to an address starting with 0xf19f. Balancer also appears to have posted an on-chain announcement offering 20% of the stolen assets as a white-hat reward to help recover the funds, valid for 48 hours. However, some users pointed out that the address making the announcement was not an official Balancer address and was suspected to be a phishing address. GoPlus has since deleted the relevant post.

Previous reports indicated that Balancer's losses from the attack had risen to $116.6 million .
