PANews 7月9日消息，Arkham数据显示，15:31，链上标记为“德国政府”的钱包地址将400枚BTC转至Kraken，将200枚BTC转至bc1qu3j开头钱包地址，将2500枚BTC转至139PoPE1开头钱包地址。
随后，15:35，Bitstamp地址三次共向“德国政府”的钱包地址合计转入1692枚BTC。
“德国政府”钱包地址转出3100枚BTC，并收到1692枚BTC
