PANews reported on December 21 that according to CryptoSlate, the US cryptocurrency mining company Mara Holdings (formerly Marathon Digital) announced that it has used the waste heat generated by Bitcoin mining to provide heating for 80,000 households in the Satakunta region of Finland.
