The draft bill in the U.S. Senate is still pending review, and the review process may be postponed until December.

PANews reported on November 7th, citing Crypto In America, that the Senate may hold an extra meeting this weekend to push for a government restart before the upper house adjourns next week. The sooner the government reopens, the sooner the Senate Banking Committee and Agriculture Committee can plan revision dates for their respective market structure bills, provided they obtain the bill texts. Officials have been working day and night this week to resolve key issues, but the release date of the draft bills remains unclear. David Sacks, the White House's director for cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence, spoke with the two main drafters of the bills on Wednesday and said he was encouraged by the progress and looked forward to seeing bipartisan drafts soon. The Agriculture Committee's bill text may include parentheses indicating areas where the two parties are still negotiating. Senators originally hoped to complete revisions before Thanksgiving, but this now seems unlikely. If an agreement to restart the government can be reached this weekend, with only one week left before the holiday, revisions in December are more likely, but Congressional actions are unpredictable, and everything remains uncertain.
