Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining receives $50 million PIPE investment from SoftBank

PANews reported on January 31 that according to Globenewswire, Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining announced that it had received a $50 million PIPE investment from SoftBank. It is reported that SoftBank intends to purchase approximately 10.4 million shares of the company's common stock at a price of $50 million. The new funds will support its HPC data center development business. PIPE investment (Private Investment in Public Equity) is a private equity investment method that focuses on listed companies and invests in listed companies in a non-public manner.
