韩国检方再次寻求逮捕Terra联创Daniel Shin

PANews 3月27日消息，据彭博社报道，韩国首尔检察官办公室周一证实，他们正再次寻求逮捕Terra联创Daniel Shin，但没有提供更多细节。Shin的律师没有立即回应置评请求。Shin的律师此前表示，Shin于2020年从Terraform Labs分离出来，此后一直没有参与其运营。

此前去年12月消息，韩国法院驳回对Terra联创Daniel Shin逮捕令。首尔检察官去年表示，Shin面临欺诈、失职、违反资本市场法和非法集资等指控。Do Kwon近日在黑山被捕，韩美双方均寻求将其引渡。
