Former Alameda CEO to begin prison sentence on November 7

PANews reported on November 7 that according to Cointelegraph, Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research, is expected to go to prison on November 7, local time, for her involvement in criminal activities of the crypto exchange FTX. As of the time of publication, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) website stated that Ellison was not in custody, but provided an inmate number as well as her age, race and gender. On September 24, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis Kaplan sentenced Ellison to two years in prison, and she is expected to surrender as early as November 7.

Earlier in September, former Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison was sentenced to two years in prison .
