Musk hints he won't use his influence in Trump administration to hurt rivals

PANews reported on December 7 that according to the U.S. Capitol Hill newspaper, American billionaire Musk posted on social media on December 6 local time, suggesting that he would not use his growing influence in the Trump administration to harm or retaliate against industry competitors. The Capitol Hill newspaper said that Altman, CEO of the U.S. artificial intelligence company OpenAI, and Bezos, founder of the U.S. Amazon, both said this week that they believed Musk would not abuse his relationship with U.S. President-elect Trump to strengthen his competitive position. Musk responded to this by forwarding a related post on his social platform X on the 6th: "They are right."
