PANews reported on January 24 that according to Bitcoin Magazine, UTXO Management, in partnership with Sora Ventures and other companies, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong Asia Holdings Limited (1723.HK), a Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) listed company, which is 70.26% of the issued share capital of Hong Kong Asia Holdings Limited. The acquisition marks an important turning point for the company as it plans to change its name to Moon Inc. and expresses its intention to explore cryptocurrency investment and Web3 innovation. The new leadership team plans to use its resources and expertise to explore Bitcoin and cryptocurrency investments, Web3 opportunities, and other innovative projects. The company will issue convertible bonds totaling HK$33,750,000, and once the acquirer fully converts these bonds, the group's ownership share will increase to approximately 74%.
