PANews 6月16日消息，据官方公告，抵押借贷协议TrueFi推出服务于TrueFi DAO的实体TrueFi基金会。
TrueFi表示，TrueFi基金会为注册在英属维京群岛的无股份担保有限公司，将代表TrueFi DAO行使权利并管理包括社区资产、激励资产等。TrueFi基金会的日常运营最终将由TrueFi基金会成员选举产生的董事会管理，stkTRU持有者将有权参与 DAO的相关治理工作。
