PANews reported on August 26th that Binance Wallet has launched a new beta extension, allowing users to securely manage crypto assets, connect to decentralized applications (dApps), and explore the Web3 ecosystem through the Google Chrome browser. The extension utilizes keyless multi-party computation (MPC) technology to independently store private keys in shards for enhanced security. It also supports multi-chain asset management, including EVM, Solana, and TRON. Users can log in via the Binance app by scanning a QR code or importing an existing wallet, allowing for immediate use without complex setup. Furthermore, the extension provides a synchronized experience between mobile and browser versions. Currently supported only in Google Chrome, it will be expanded to other browsers in the future.
