PANews reported on September 11th that Sunil, a representative of FTX's creditors, stated that Three Arrows Capital had filed a subpoena requesting the summons of SBF, Ryne Salame, and Caroline Ellison. SBF's testimony is scheduled for October 14, 2025. Zhu Su stated that SBF illegally liquidated $1.5 billion in Three Arrows Capital positions, and that Ryne Salame exploited insider information to trade and cash out $1 billion.
