PANews reported on June 10 that according to Xinhua News Agency, at the 2025 China Internet Civilization Conference Cyber Rule of Law Forum held in Hefei, Anhui, under the guidance of the Cyber Rule of Law Bureau and the Network Management Technology Bureau of the Central Cyberspace Administration of China, the China Cyberspace Security Association, together with more than 60 member units, issued the "Industry Initiative to Promote the Safe, Reliable and Controllable Development of Artificial Intelligence". The initiative proposes to adhere to the guidance of the rule of law to ensure full compliance; build a security foundation and improve governance capabilities; build a solid technical foundation and strengthen reliability and control; optimize algorithm performance to ensure reliable operation; protect data security and lay a solid foundation for development; attach importance to talent cultivation and improve the quality of all people; adhere to ethical values and lead technology for good; share governance experience and promote fairness and inclusiveness.
