Focusing on key areas such as integrated circuits, basic software, artificial intelligence, and quantum information, we must strengthen collaborative innovation within the industry chain and accelerate breakthroughs in the research and development of key core technologies. We must fully leverage my country's advantages as a large-scale market, promote the development of independent ecosystems such as software and open source code, and drive greater breakthroughs in the industrial application of technologies like artificial intelligence. We must fully leverage the role of institutional mechanisms such as cybersecurity reviews, cloud computing service security assessments, and security assessments of new technologies and applications to prevent cybersecurity risks and improve supply chain security.
