中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院副研究员王光辉在光明日报刊文称，进入后疫情时代，数据多元化、高通量、分散随机等特点进一步凸显。作为一项复杂的系统性工程，大数据技术发展亟须补短板、强韧性。要加快打通多方数据壁垒，提升治理数字化水平。国家层面应给予数据汇聚适度授权，探索基于区块链技术的数据共享新模式，实现跨部门、跨平台、多源头数据的开放共享。
