PANews reported on March 13 that, according to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the whale 0x709…Cad6e, after being dormant for four months, spent 20.058 million sUSDS to build up its ETH position on-chain, buying 10,557.14 ETH at an average price of $2,072.55.
