区块链开发工具提供商OpenZeppelin发布智能合约开发库OpenZeppelin Contracts的3.2版本，此次最大的变更是将代理合约（proxy contract）从 OpenZeppelin SDK 迁移到了 OpenZeppelin Contracts 项目中。另外对于智能合约编程语言 Solidity 0.7 版本的用户而言，OpenZeppelin 已经在 npm 上发布了较新的编译器版本支持，最新版本为 3.2.0-solc-0.7。Solidity 于 7 月底更新为 0.7 版本，官方称这是对 Solidity 语言和编译器的重大更新。
