据央广网报道，浙商银行行长徐仁艳表示：“创新了区块链技术应用，跳出传统思维和信贷投放方式，从企业的资产负债表左边的资产着手，将企业的应收账款、存货、固定资产等债权和物权转化为电子金融工具。企业通过转让金融工具进行融资、采购付款，盘活沉淀资源，这样可以缓解融资难、融资贵问题。”
