据新华社消息，12日于福州举行的第三届数字中国建设峰会的“数字政府”分论坛上，中国工程院院士、阿里巴巴集团技术委员会主席王坚表示，区块链、人工智能、大数据、云计算，这些先进技术都是智慧城市的重要支撑，但任何一项技术单独拿出来都不足以支撑智慧城市的建设。传统智慧城市建设缺少城市治理体系和技术体系的支撑，当下以城市为基底的数字政府建设要有系统性思维和前瞻性布局。
